Customer responsibilities
You must provide lawful content, required approvals, timely feedback, safe access and accurate technical information. Delays in access or feedback may change delivery dates.
Intellectual property
Ownership and licensing of custom deliverables are defined in the approved quotation or written agreement. Pre-existing tools, third-party software and open-source components retain their respective licences.
Acceptable use
You may not use the platform or delivered systems for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing or security-compromising activity.
Performance and availability
We use reasonable professional care, but internet services, hosting, APIs, advertising platforms and third-party tools can experience changes or downtime outside our control.
